In case of domestic shipments, we will exchange or replace the product if there is a mistake from our end for example if shipped product is defective, damaged or wrong size is shipped.

Exchange policy is not applicable for international orders.

1. Every customer must shoot a 360° parcel opening video.
2. If there is any defect or wrong size is shipped, should be clearly visible in parcel opening video.
3. On presenting this proof we will proceed with exchange procedures.
4. Refund will be done only if same piece is not available.
5. Refund will be done in ur same bank account from which the payment was done, in 8 working days.
