Domestic shipments can be returned provided they are returned within 7 days of receipt of the order & the product is unused & in the same condition when the customer received the order.
Return policy is not applicable for international shipments.
Once we receive the returned order, we will inspect it & notify you whether it is approved for a refund. If the order is approved for refund, we will process the payments for the same In 8 working days.
For Refund following requirements should be fulfilled.
1. Every customer must shoot a 360° parcel opening video.
2. If there is any defect or wrong size is shipped, should be clearly visible in parcel opening video.
3. On presenting this proof we will proceed with exchange procedures.
4. Refund will be done only if same piece is not available.
5. Refund will be done in ur same bank account from which the payment was done, in 8 working days.
